Choir
Hello and welcome back to choir in 2009-10!
The Nightingales are comprised of 3rd-5th graders that meet once a week to prepare music to perform in the Blaine, and larger, community. It is an opportunity for students to work on their reading and vocal skills, and have fun performing in an ensemble setting. Choir will be part of the enrichment classes and will meet in the afternoons this year. There will be two sessions, one in the Fall, and one in the Winter. Choir will meet on Mondays from 2:50-4:15 in the music room. Cost will be $40 per session, you will need to register through the enrichment program. Students may apply for scholarships to cover the fee.
1st Session-November 2nd-December 14th.

KAFE.COM Contest. I have to choose one of the songs below to submit to the KAFE Stars of Christmas contest which could win the music program $1000. I had planned on using In the Spirit, but for whatever reason I don't find the sound quality as good as Happy Hannukah. You can listen to them below and give me feedback before I make a decision on Monday.
Schedule Changes
Choir will not meet on Monday November 16th or 23rd.
Choir will meet normally on Monday 30th, and will make up the other two days on Tuesday December 1st and Thursday December 5th.
