Unit Objectives
1. Students will be able to play three songs with 95% accuracy
as per a small group playing assessment.
2. Students will be able to play with a good tone with 100% accuracy as per
a small group playing assessment.
3. Students will be able to recognize the notes middle C-G on a G clef staff
with 100% accuracy as per an individual performance test.
4. Students will be able to demonstrate correct recorder playing technique
as per a small group playing assessment.
Criteria for Correct Recorder Technique
1. Two hands, left hand up.
2. Correct Angle.
3. Completely covering holes you should, and not ones you shouldn’t.
4. Nice even blowing(warm air.) Don’t overblow
